As a selfemployed individual we know how frustrating it can be to document expenses and trips.  Setting up a thorough method to track expenses can be difficult and frustrating; receipts with a name written on them and stuffed into a folder and "associated" somehow with a notation in a day planner.   

Out of frustration we set out to build a comprehensive method to meet every documentation need we have.  We built an easy to use method to thoroughly document your expenses and even attach a copy of your receipt.  It also has a section to describe why a meeting occured and even follow up later to update the results.  This provides the 5-W's for your meeting/expense, the category it falls under, mileage traveled to and from and your receipt is attached.  All this can be recorded in a matter of a few minutes.

The sections in My Time and My Travel allows us to do just that.  When you to create a folder for expenses and trips it comes complete with journal and photo gallery components.  You can document your expenses here as well complete with a copy of receipts.  As a travel affectionado you may also want to share information with clients and others regarding restaurants, hotels/resorts, activities, entertainment, etc. so we have added evaluation forms for all of these and more that you can store and email.  For instance, you hear someone mention they are going to Seattle and you have an evaluation for a great restaurant there.  You ask if you can email information to them regarding a great place to eat and when they see what a great suggestion you made you probably have a happy client.   

You can run an expense summary for expenses based on the date range you specify which is broken down by category and even totals your mileage.  If you have questions about what makes up the total of a category you can download the list into a spreadsheet and see the individual expenses listed there.  Quick, simple and easy.
